No matter the circumstance –– whether at work, going to visit a friend across town, or on a road trip to the next state over –– sometimes a snack is needed to tide a person over until their next meal. Luckily, there are many tasty vegan and gluten free snacks available to take with you on your travels.

1. Applesauce Pouches

A super easy snack to come by and even make at home, applesauce is a delicious, sweet option perfect for anyone who needs a quick pick me up. To make, just wash however many grapes you want –– maybe around three cups –– destem them, and put them in a large ziplock bag. Put the bag in a freezer and freeze overnight. From there, you can take however many you want to eat at a time, and enjoy!

5. Muffins

For sweets lovers, these mouthwatering little muffins can be a lovely treat to satisfy cravings during the day.
